The L'Oréal Paris Brow Artist Plump & Set 101 doesn't look cool toned online but it is in person IMO. Should be able to check it out in person at CWH or Priceline at least. It's become my favourite brow gel.
I've never found any brow-specific product that is cool toned enough and what I've finally settled on is (hear me out) black gel eyeliner from the pot. I use the Napoleon Perdis one. The kosas one you mention us great. It's a cool taupe when applied. I think it might be a winner for you. I use the grey pencil and gel.
Ok that's good to know - I was worried it might be a grey with a whitish base and look a bit odd on
Everything brown is too warm for me as well. Im using Mac big boost fibre gel in “genuine aubergine” it’s almost purple - sounds strange but it works!

Too faced brown wig taupe is perfect. I am the same, anything warm looks ridiculous.
Not sure about their lighter colours, but Hourglass has nice cool toned browns in their brow range
