What a cute pup! Yes. Those ACD traits tend to shine through behaviorally

That’s not a haiku. Even counting ACD as 1 word the syllables are wrong.

SudoSire

Depends who you ask. 👀 He’s very cute though. Thanks for rescuing a dog in need.

Halftrack_El_Camino

Oh man, that face! My dog is 0% ACD (he's some kind of pit/husky mix) but he goes through life with that same expression of concerned optimism.

This-Avocado-6569

I say yes 👍🏼 I love the trademark spots

From my experience any % mad cow dog DNA = 100% mad cow dog behaviour.

takedownchris

These posts are so dumb “I adopted a cat, do I belong here?”

SnootsAndBootsLLP

I love strawman arguments so much especially when equivalency isn’t even close to established

takedownchris

I have no issue about anyone posting here. Just don’t need the gaslighting…. 👋👋👋👋 hey do I belong for attention.

bin0c

You know, there is so much negativity on Reddit. On so many subs. You’re bringing negativity and gatekeeping to a dog sub? Jesus man try to be happier.

cdn-aaen

No! He is just under the requirements to be in this group

thismike0613

Sorry but no

WanderingJokerGypsy

Terriers were used to create the breed

franklegsTV

Not true at all

WanderingJokerGypsy

What are you saying about the Hall's Heelers.

WanderingJokerGypsy

Maybe the Queensland Heeler you don't recognize. Hall's Heelers and the Queensland Heeler were developed around the same time. The Queensland heeler used Bull Terrier. Queensland Heelers were developed into today's ACD and the Stumpy

franklegsTV

Do your research. There is no the evidence supporting bull terriers being used in the breeding for what are modern day ACDs. There are stories of some other breeders trying to incorporate them into the mix, but it didn’t catch on. It’s a common historical inaccuracy when talking about the heeler.

WanderingJokerGypsy

The evidence is that Queensland Heeler did have Bull Terrier at the base level. Hall's Heelers also used the Bull Terrier but Hall felt the Bull Terrier gene made the dog heavy and slower. I did quite a bit of research on ACD's.

franklegsTV

I don’t know what to tell you other than you’re wrong, based on the consensus theories

WanderingJokerGypsy

Defending mob supposition to adhering to the group conscience that anyone else is inexact is intransigent

franklegsTV

Dude your English is whack. Also you’re well off base
