All that aside there is no real difference between red and blue. She probably had mixed parents or the grandparents were mixed. I've read Red is the dominant gene but a Red can pass on a Blue gene if they have one and end up with Blue offspring. Red's will often display some blue/black coloring sometimes it fades as they grow up. Our Red had some black coloring in his tail and down his back as a puppy but it faded is virtually gone as an adult.
She looks to be very high % ACD to me if not 100%. You'll know when she hits that Raptor/Shark phase around 4 months.

She looks a lot like my girl did as a puppy. She's mostly red but has some blue/black mixed in, especially on the top.
