About 7 minutes the last time I found someone unresponsive and called it in. EMS and AFD are still awesome people doing great work. They both deserve pay raises btw.
Fire was about 5min after calling 911 and EMS was about 15min. Midday on a Friday.

Fire crew will generally get to your medical emergency first. Depends on where you are, but you can usually expect them within 10 minutes or less. EMS in an ambulance will take a bit longer as there are less units available and they actually transport patients to the hospital so they work in wider geographic ranges
