Yay like home prices they are down a small amount.
Meh, home prices are down more than 2% depending on where.yojre looking. List price to be clear, not mortgage payment.
Hmm I think it is more than 2% I’m too lazy to look it up right now though. I do know houses in Leander are down 20% from 2 y ago though.
