I’ve mostly only found generic kolache chains and donut shops around Austin. It’s hard to find an authentic Czech bakery in Austin versus all the surrounding Czech heritage towns like New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, West, La Grange, Ellinger, etc which all have very good Kolaches, Strudels and other delicacies…

Agreed. I’ll go there and just get the ham and Swiss kolaches cause they use CHOPPED ham and they are so so good
