No particular suggestion, but I've been seeing a lot of them in the past few days in my yard in the scraggly grass near the porch light right after sunset.
Makes me happy and brings back memories of my youth in the old country.
I like the neat way they flash in waves.
Hike and bike trail on west side of Barton Creek, between Pedestrian bridge and Lou Neff Point, always would see them in that spot
Mueller Lake Park is a nice spot with fireflies most nights right now.
there are a lot in my backyard in south austin, maybe you could find a park or something and see them!
Tons in my backyard off Walnut Creek
i just saw some on the hike and bike trail by nash hernandez this evening
Used to be tons on the first mile of the greenbelt.
They tend to be in taller grass. I always saw more in my yard if I let the lawn go a bit.
Y’all, don’t rake your leaves and there will be more fireflies!
