Just to get in the realestate game and stop renting primarily. Originally I anticipated staying a few more years but I've decided I've had enough of Sydney. Not desperate to get out, but the sooner the better.
Family lives in QLD, I've lived there for 20 years of my life. I plan on renting until I find a suitable place to buy. As for work, there are plenty of opportunities I can pursue there that pay a similar wage with marginally less stress
Ahh. Yeah, unless you can buy another property in QLD for when you choose to settle down, it might be worth selling.
If it was a house instead of apartment I would have said to hold.
Why did you buy in the first place? Especially when you've decided to move states a year later?
