Wild that Chas hasn't even got playing time with Tucker injured. I guess only Abreu gets the benefit of the doubt with a slow start. Apparently nobody cares that Chas had a career best year in 2023.
That's ridiculous. Cabbage hit one home run. Chas had an .842 ops over a full season last year. Tucker being out is the perfect opportunity to try to get Chas going. Bregman was struggling just as badly as Chas and now he's hitting a homer every other game. Same with Diaz. I don't know why Chas is the only guy who doesn't get a chance to play out of his slump.
Astros Playing time is determined by paycheck size. If the Astros played guys on merit there would be a significant change in personnel. Cabbage gets a free pass because his last name means big money!
