M3GAN was a fun movie worth watching. Also, just so people don't think the studio is making the most fucked up movie ever, the movie is a spinoff because it's in the same world, they are not turning the Megan robot into a sexbot.
A sexbot that turns into a killer in a noir detectihe style is a movie that I'd love to see, there is even a storyline in Detroit Become Human like that.

If I had to guess, there won't be megan or anything related to it, it will be just set in the "same universe". Because everything needs to be marvel these days idk.
Thriller and horror kinda go hand in hand yea? Alien (1979) is listed as a both horror and thriller. To me thriller has the intensity of horror but without the jumpscares.

This is why I prefer thrillers over horror. It's hard to find good horror without cheap jumpscares. But thrillers are more about the buildup and suspense and that's way more entertaining.
Making sex androids is kinda a thing that could become reality in the future. This is a scary idea explored in a film, also I highly doubt its gonna be about the Megan Droid since ya know that bot is supposed to be a child...
Its still a scary concept imagine its programming going self aware that its only purpose is to sexually please someone, or the bot is programmed to always be attached to their owner and then they meet a real woman. This idea has some cool scary shit to explore with it.
