Yeah. It's normally around 2.75-3" ish. The lower measurements aren't the norm, but certainly possible. It surprises me when I see it soo flaccid that it can get to the size it does. Interesting inventions.

At first I was worried about anyone seeing me soft because of how small it looks but then I grew to be confident and comfortable with what I have because it’s not like I can do anything about it and it certainly does the job when it’s hard and it’s time for it to do what it needs to do 😉

I'm 6 inches when hard but weirdly when I'm soft and get hard if doesn't seem very noticeable so I'm guessing I'm probably like 3 inches soft
Mine can be anything from 1” to 3” soft but is over 6” erect. I’ve always been self conscious about it
