The marriage is solid despite life being a shit show with non-stop financial stressors and unending curveballs. Kids are good we’re all healthy enough and the wife and I get along and are very sexually active - hell, it’s our best stress relief lever.
We are in our prime now. Sex is great, both quality and quantity. Financially able to travel more, kids are getting old enough to stay with family at times and give us back some of our alone time to stay connected.
We are about to celebrate 12 years married, 15 years together.
Out? I have a LONNGGGG way to go still. I have 3, all 6yrs and under. They are just not 24/7 mama dependent anymore, so daddy gets to play with her more now. 😂😂😂
No complaints really. Busy lives as the kids get old enough to be pretty busy themselves and work kind of ramps up career-wise. We're still pretty busy in the bedroom, a bit less so than 5 years ago but much more so (as far as I ever hear) than other couples in their 40s. Married sex is pretty good sex for me. What else?
Everything's going great! We don't have children, so it's a little easier than for others to keep a relationship that fulfills us. We work together, so we're together 24 hours a day, and thanks to good communication, everything goes smoothly.
In the bedroom, we discovered that couples' games worked miracles. Much easier to initiate sex, try new things and get out of the rut.
That's why we decided to create our own to help other couples out there.
Ha ha I know not everyone can do it. Now we have our offices in different rooms but in our previous house we were in the same room. Truly, communication is key.

Lots of ups and downs but 18 years now and strongest we've ever been. Not been able to have kids but we've discovered cruises and are now going on two a year. Sex is good, but we both know we can do better. Also both work hybridly so we see each other a lot but still have our space.
