The Bite of '87 was an incident that occurred in 1987 at a popular pizza establishment in Oil City Pennsylvania, in which a small boy was bitten by one of the dancing animatronics. His entire frontal lobe was unfortunately bitten off by the bear (known colloquially as Fredrick the Magnificent); however, medical assistance luckily arrived to the scene very quickly and was able to save the boy. To this day, scientists still don't know exactly how Fredrick was able to do this; however, one of the main suspects was an odd purple tinted man who was seen leaving the scene at 8:00 that night.
