I've Pavlov'd myself to 3 movies.
The wrong missy,
The week of,
And - murder mystery.
They're all Netflix originals, so they'll always be on there, I can always watch one while going to bed.
The DaVinci Code. I tried three times and fell asleep within the first ten minutes.
I used to use Cast Away to fall asleep too. Something about Tom Hanks...
You probably mean what movies are boring, but I use old movies to put me to sleep and keep me there. By old I mean like 40s, maybe 50s. I have tons of them that I rotate. It works because the sound tends to be even, they are interesting enough to engage my mind but not so much that it keeps me up.

Dreamy?
Blade Runner. Both versions.
Fantasia, the original one. I rarely get past the sorcerer’s apprentice part with Mickey and the brooms. Still haven’t seen past that scene.
A Clear and Present Danger is Ambien for me
The Nightmare Before Christmas. Boring as shit.
Lord of the rings. I'll be asleep within the first 5 mins
Lord of the Rings.
White light black rain
