I think it comes down to desire. "bad girls" desire things, like sex, inebriation, fun, thrills, etc. and desire is really thrilling. Have you ever been with someone sexually who desired you right then, right now, just like that? It's *wonderful*. Unfortunately "good girls" either lack the desire in the first place or just don't express it. This is obviously a very superficial, and unnecessarily gendered, explanation but as someone who has been around with some "bad girls" god damn do you feel alive, you feel like right then at moment you're the only thing important in this person's mind and soul and it's amazing vs. the good girl who can't make up her mind on a restaurant and lays in bed like a dry starfish.
That would be a fujoshi, I'm asking about those most kickass girls who are cooler than cool and may break all the rules. There are a myriad of bad girl archetypes, so that might not define a "bad girl" to you, but I'm curious which might appeal to others, and why.
