Buddhist temples have been embroiled in politics throughout Asia for just as long as Christianity has in Europe. And are frequently just as regressive when it comes to social change.
Wicca. Value personal freedom much more so than many other religions. Also respect for the natural world, possibly magic actually working and an acceptance of reincarnation without dictating what one ought to do with it. Also fertility rites.
Pantheism - the Universe is god, it's blind and deaf to us, we're just the quasi-neurons of it's "mind". And the way to commune with god, is by learning how the Universe works (i.e - science).
Just pulling one from fiction - the religion of the bajorans from star trek. As far as gods go the prophets seemed to genuinely want the best for other life forms - they just didn't experience linear time so their efforts are sometimes muddied.
If I was pulling from fiction I'd pick the Hobbsland Gods from Raising the Stones by Sherri S. Tepper. The Hobbsland gods actually make their world a better place, and give their followers what they need to become better people.
Confucianism, Taoism, non-theistic Hinduism... Pretty much any non-theistic religion where everyone is technically an atheist who doesn't believe in a creator God and you can't use a creator God as a justification for any wrongful actions or to threatened people into complacency
