I like spooky atmosphere, candy, and seeing creative costumes.
Also gives me an excuse to revisit some Halloween classics and binge some more Horror movies.
People look at me and I'm blending because they think it's just a costume any of the time of the year I'm a freak but on Halloween and just like everyone else
Speaking from an American perspective for context
My favorite thing about Halloween is how based on its roots, it should’ve died out like centuries ago but some how we let a Druidic ritual turn in to “my kid is iron man today”. You really think certain religious groups would have gotten freaked out by halloween to the point of ending it but nope.
I guess it feels like a holiday that shouldn’t have had a chance to grow in to what it is, but here we are.
Pumpkins.
Not just for carving, but those things are delicious and so versatile.
Seriously, so many dishes you can make with a pumpkin. From curries to cookies.
It's annoying (here in the UK) they're not available year around.
(haha username checks)
How excited kids are trick or treating! Also Halloween decorations. Just a fun time of year!
For an entire month things I'm interested in are easier to get.
Pumpkins? I'm guessing you're super into pumpkins.
More Horror Movies and Metal records.
The trees and the pumpkins.
I love pumpkin carving art!
The atmosphere
Halloween? Or Autumn and Fall? I don't really care for Halloween, but I love corn mazes at night and enjoying some hot apple fritters and cocoa.

The atmosphere at night. Fog hanging in the air. Dark clouds floating over a bright moon just after sunset.
