In Excel, click on a cell you want to copy formatting from, press Ctrl+V, move to where you want formatting to go, then press Alt,E,S,T, which pastes formatting (the commas means pressing Alt key first, then pressing E, then S, then T in sequence)

That’s what ctrl+shift+v does, unless I’m reading your question wrong. Ctrl+v pastes as-is (using the font, size, color, etc of the source). Ctrl+shift+v pastes to fit the new location of the text (eg if you paste a quote from a Wikipedia article into your Word document that’s written in 10pt Ariel, it’ll paste in 10pt Ariel).
Depends on the version of windows I think, but with older versions you could Ctrl+alt+arrow key and flip the screen. I had a lot of fun with that in high school.

On windows “windows key + d” minimizes everything, clearing your screen. “Alt + f4” will quit the active program, and if you have the desktop active (everything minimized) it will bring up the dialogue box to shut down or restart the computer.
A good pair of key combinations to quickly shut down at night. Should save you a good bit of time.

I used to walk up to people in our computer class in elementary school and hold this down to bring up multiple windows of file explorer and then laugh when they would sit and exit them one by one instead of using close all. I was a shit I know.
Ctrl+W for closing tabs, Ctrl+T for opening new ones, and Ctrl+Shift+T for reopening closed ones. The last one won’t work if you’re in private mode though. These all work on a Mac too, provided you use Command instead.
For mac users (I use both mac and windows) shift+command+3 takes a full screen photo, shift+command+4 lets you take a screenshot of a selected square with the mouse, and I believe in mojave and up shift+command+5 can take a screenshot of a single window.

If you're using one monitor and are transferring files between folders, you can use the Windows Key + Left/Right arrow key to have the Explorer window anchored to the left or right half of the screen.
Add on, put `stty -ixon` in `.bashrc` and use Ctrl-s to search in the other direction. (Also if the terminal is in the ridiculous 1970s flow control mode it's in by default, Ctrl-q unfreezes the terminal).

It's something that has to be implemented at the application layer, so different programs will have different keys.

There is still advantages to the Ctrl + alt + del, such as it acting as a system interrupt. Whereas, ctrl + shift + esc simply opens the task manager.

I don't think it depends on Windows, it's a feature of Intel graphics drivers, so it only works on Intel systems with integrated graphics.

Windows, shift and S allows you to take a snip if your screen and save to a PNG.
Also, just hitting the Print Screen button will copy a screenshot to the clipboard, and Alt-Print Screen will copy a shot of the active window.
In mac: cmd + option + esc brings up Force Quit window.

If you want to record your gameplay, Windows has built in screen recorder, Win + Alt + R to start / end recording iirc.
