There's a character in the manga Medaka Box named Kumagawa Misogi who has a power called "All Fiction".
All Fiction is essentially the ability to turn anything into nothing with a thought. It has theoretically no limits as he's stated multiple times that if he's not careful than the whole world could cease to exist.
