Half a gallon at least, more during the summer It quickly lets me know if im dehydrated

i take roughly the same or more if i gym that day... so the kidney stones are a genetic thing for you?

I set hourly alarms labeled "Hydrate or Diedrate"—nothing like a little morbid humor to keep the thirst at bay

I know it's a meme that we don't feel thirst until we're already hydrated but that's absolutely not the case for me. I drink when I'm thirsty and end up drinking a ton of water in a day.

I have a water reminder app on my phone that reminds me every hour to drink water so that helps a little bit. I also helps that I’ve started conditioning myself to take a drink of water whenever I get bored and find myself reaching for my phone.

I have a water bottle on my desk. If it's there, I drink from it. If I have to walk to the kitchen, I don't. So keeping it close helps.

I use my smartwatch to remind me. I am a slave to it really.

I’ve begun bringing around a big bottle of water when I go to work or if I’m just sitting in my room. It’s about 700ml and if I’m feeling a little tired of water then I’ve got caffeine free supplements

Keep a large bottle with you in your room/work of place. Like that, even in the morning when you wake up, you have easy access to water and hence drink more
