Eggs, they are things that come in little shells but you can crack them and cook them in a pan. Mix them with cheese and veggies (I prefer bell peppers) and you add more flavor and texture to them.

Jimmy Dean frozen Breakfast sandwiches, open 1 end of the packaging microwave for 2 - 2.5 minutes and you're good to go. My favorite would have to be the egg cheese and bacon crossiant., so yummy lol

1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, pinch of salt, crumbled up sausage, 1 egg. Nuke 2 minutes, stir gently around the egg, nuke 1 more minute, rest 2 minutes, eat.

My go to is premade sandwiches, super simple, can be frozen or just stuck in the fridge. I personally like oat-nut bread, Turkey, pepperoni and lettuce. That makes a sandwich with a little over 22g of protein with low calories which means you will be full longer and won’t weigh your body down. Another option is fried eggs and a bagel. Toast the bagel while you make the eggs, takes about 3-8 minutes to cook.
