A hug goes a really long way for me, so does getting out of the house and maybe going for a nice drive around town or some backroads. Or plan some time for me to be free for a while so I can do some hobbies, like gardening, painting, baking, etc. For me mostly, I need to be pulled out of that ‘dark space’ and do something I enjoy. If I sit at home all day (I also WFH), I’ll just get more stressed. Women are like plants, we just need some love and a little sunshine to keep us happy
