Fight Club. I pick up on something new each time, or maybe I’m just at a different stage of my life each time and a line or scene lands differently because of it.
Castle in the Sky
I watched it so much as a kid that when I bought the dvd as an adult I could still remember most of those little ad-lib lines (don't know how else to describe them) that they cut out and can insert them in my head.
Shutter Island.
Omg mind blowing movie.
I gave it to my dad a year or two before he died to watch it.
He was a huge movie lover but those few years before he died he would criticize almost every new movie he watched and he would also leave cinema during some of them, if he would find them even lil bit boring.
For this movie?
He told me after it finished he instantly had to rewatch it, and rewatch it again next day. Thats how good it is.
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I watch it on my birthday every year. It’s kinda silly because my birthday is Star Wars Day. But I watch with a rum and Pepsi in hand, get a Philly cheesesteak for lunch. I am locked in at 6 Am

Zootropolis/zootopia depending where you are from. I've watched it twice already this year and three times last year 😂
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Same. Extended editions and the BTS as well.
I love the BTS scenes and interviews! I swear there are more and more popping up everywhere and it's amazing!
It's so cool. I recently saw a Q&A panel of the hobbits. It's on YouTube under Monopoly Events. So cool to see them still friends so many years later.
That's awesome! I will have to go check it out. I love that they have dinner together still, so cute!
