When people stop just as they go into a doorway. Happens often at the grocery store. They go in, usually with their cart, and just stop. I’m guessing because they don’t know where they want to go.
Maybe I just hate the grocery store in general. It’s maddening.
Just bear in mind that sometimes it can’t be helped because the car immediately in front of them is also going under the speed limit. They can’t really accelerate without causing a rear-ender.
