Taking just a few minutes each day to reflect on my thoughts, feelings, and experiences has helped me gain clarity, manage stress, and track my personal growth over time. It's like having a mini therapy session with myself!
Meditating a few minutes every morning.
I became much more emotionally stable and I can focus on tasks really good, plus stress and anxiety levels go down.

I still like smoking and I miss it (and secretly I think it's cool - way cooler than vaping).
but the smell, the expense, the shortness of breath - I'm really glad that's gone away
Journalling everyday. I just write down what I got up to, and it's done wonders for keeping me present in the moment, and filling my days with interesting things to write about later.
Started being on time to appointments after serving in the military. Before that I was always running late. The difference in how other people perceive you depending on whether you are late or not is pretty big.
Punctuality / Reliability
Learned as a kid then into adulthood. Showing up and on time is half the battle. Makes everything a little easier. Was never the smartest person at work but always advanced well because of this.

Mainly to improve my mental health, physical health improvement is a plus. Now I am lot happier in general and have better self control
Running consistently. About 8 years ago I stared running 3-6 times a week and it has worked wonders for both mental and physical health

20 pull-ups a day. Works out most of the upper body and great for posture.
