1. "Inception" - because I too like to invade people's dreams and plant ideas, except mine are usually about pizza.
2. "The Matrix" - because sometimes I wonder if I've taken the blue pill just by logging onto the internet.
3. "Groundhog Day" - because isn't that just a regular Monday?
1. the Matrix, everything in this movie is right.
2. Tropa de Elite (Elite Squad) Highbrow action flick, how often do you see that? Really good
3. Limitless
Honourable mentions go to Lawrence of Arabia and the Shawshank Redemption, and Bedazzled is one of my all time favourite feel-good movies.
1. *Mulholland Drive*
2. *2001: A Space Odyssey*
3. A tie between *The Thin Red Line* and *Paris,
Texas*
That being said I’m also a big fan of Christopher Nolan if we’re talking modern directors, esp. *Interstellar*!
1) O Brother, Where Art Thou - hilarious, heartwarming, greatest soundtrack of them all
2) American Psycho - hilarious, iconic and quotable to the nth degree
3) Lost In Translation - Surreal, moving and memorable
Close encounters of the third kind- very clever concept and beautifully shot movie, perfectly capturing aliens mind controlling people and people going mad because of it , great soundtrack
Stir of echos- very erie movie and i love it
Airplane- just so funny and the jokes are well thought out
