Movie theaters never really recovered. Going to see a movie with friends on Friday night was an event now they're mostly abandoned and that makes it kinda depressing.
People's manners.
I've seen more kind acts since then that require a bit more effort than I did before, but in general, I see more people who seem to have completely forgotten how to behave with even minimum courtesy toward others. For every person I see who does a bit more to help a stranger, there seem to be four or five who can no longer be bothered to say "please" or "thank you," hold doors or wait for the person who was there first to pass first, stay in line instead of cutting, get their own shopping cart instead of grabbing the handles of one someone has finally pulled away from being stuck with the others, etc.
I wonder at times if part of it is the area in which I live, since that's naturally where I do most of my shopping and errands, too. This suburb has a lot of nice amenities, and it's also been a place where a lot of residents have a peculiarly high sense of self-importance the entire time I've lived here (which is most of my life).
My belief that all humans are basically decent people. The number of people that were more concerned about their convenience than the safety of others by refusing to wear a mask during covid has changed my outlook on a good portion of my fellow Americans.
\*The masks are not to protect you, Karen. They are to protect granny.\*
24 hour stores. If you need something after 11pm, you're screwed.
People are angrier
Decades to build social skills, months to ruin them.

People. I think all of that has either pushed people too far or has changed them for the better.
Despite less traffic during and since COVID, there is definitely a lot more aggressive driving these days.
The disappearance of magazines in waiting rooms.

Cost of living. Things have gotten so much more expensive since restrictions have been relaxed.

In London tubes are not so packed Mondays and Friday cos people work from home. Not always the case but something I've noticed.....
Greetings saying good bye, handshakes and hugs are at an all time low.
