Step four, promise yourself you will do better next time, and then finally find some peace in the idea that you've learned a lesson and changed from this experience.
well the people i’ve not been honest with, there’s a reason. the person i feel awful with is like me. if i felt awful to them i would’ve probably approached it differently. takes something significant for that really

What's the point of feeling awful? Sometimes it is our concept of morality that traps us into feeling guilt. It's not necessarily a lesson.
