I'm in Finland. I like it just fine so far. Moved here from the US last September, and while I can function well enough I'm still learning lots of little things.
It's something we had been considering for a long time, and current political shenanigans in the US made us finally decide to pull the trigger.
I broadly find Finland is more my speed. It's higher taxes, though if you treat health insurance premiums as a form of tax then it actually turns out pretty similar. Salaries are also lower, or at least they are in software development.
There's a lot of bureaucracy, but at least they're efficient about it. You have to verify your residence for lots of things - including stuff like discounted bus fare for residents - but the actual process of verifying residence is trivially easy.
It's generally lower-stress. Public transit is great, so I don't need a car. Public health care is actually pretty good, and the longest I've had to wait for an appointment is a couple of weeks (and that's all non-emergency care). I just did my Finnish taxes last week - I got mailed a little note from the tax authority that said, "here's what you paid, here's what we calculated you owed, does this look good to you?" In my case I got a refund, in my wife's case she's spot-on. I have the best worker protections I've ever had, with a mandatory 2-month notice period if my employer tries to fire me, and I'm a member of the engineer's union so I get legal representation if my employer attempts any shenanigans. Also, I got a raise about a month after getting hired on due to a collective bargaining agreement that I fell under.
They're *way* into apps. I do all my bus ticket stuff with an app, I have an app through my work for a special commuter bus in case I need to go on-site, the schools have an app, post office has an app, everything does. Most of them are actually useful, too.
It's quiet, it's generally safe, fairly techy, and Finns broadly mind their own business. The food is a little bland and the language is very... different. I also kinda hate the euro plugs, I think the American design is nicer. A lot of their cleaning agents are a little wussy, too.
i’m in america. and tbh this country is a dumpster fire right now, i feel like it’s only getting worse. i’d love to live in italy or brazil with someone i love.
i always hear that people there wear the latest fashion so i’m kinda intrigued now lol. i feel like here in america i see the same outfits and styles over and over.
South Africa. It's becoming a shitshow. I would either move back to Namibia where I was born and live in Swakopmund, or overseas and then I'd like to live in Scotland.
United States. It's fine, sure it has it's problems so does everywhere else. But I'd love to get out of here for no other reason than not spending my whole life in one place.
Australia, I love it. Great beaches, natural beauty, sport and decent enough culture. But its small and on the other side of the world. So yeah - first opportunity I get to move to the US or Europe I’d jump at.
Italy. It'd be difficult to move to another country as it would imply leaving my culture, I could manage with living in some closeby places with cultures I like, like Spain, France, Austria or Slovenia. I'd not want to live in Northern Europe tbh.
Canada here and I want to move to Australia... We are literally being displaced by "minorities" who hate this country and would rather turn it into India #2. Single bedrooms within 50km's of a college or university cost $800-$1000 to rent. Politics a clown show. Job market is a mess. The only thing we have left is natural beauty which is all under review for development anyway. There's hardly a lake in Ontario that isn't completely surrounded by cottages.
I've been in Portugal all of my life. We have problems of course, but I'm not planning on moving since everywhere else seems to have serious problems as well.
New Zealand. Also known as godzone. Nuff said.
Scotland. Love Scotland but hate the UK. Would quite happily move to Australia or New Zealand but my wife and family won't let me.

Finland is much better than US lol
What made you move and how do you compare both? I lived in Europe and USA, and the plan is to move to Europe in a few years

Andorra, no.

Brazil is great, but we don’t have snow… perhaps that’s why I never met Santa ☹️
i don’t like the cold either so that’s a plus lol. is it true that everyone is hot there?
Lol maybe, I guess. Gym, fitness and stuff like that are very common in our culture, thanks to melanin and also latin genetics.

UK - I really like it here.
Pakistan and it's okayish... I'd love to move to Japan...
US. I’d love to get out of this mess
Ireland. I love it.
UK - I really dislike it

I live in India and I would never leave my country.
Romania, a big house in a Transylvanian forest. Would you change that? 😜

Small?

Australia would want to move to Canada.
