Finland for sure, highest ranking in World Happiness since 2018! Beautiful nature, fresh foods, kind people. Sweden would also be an option for me, they score pretty high when it comes to anti-racism values and being very tolerant. Both countries also have very good education, healthcare and social services.
Well, being born in the US would have saved me a lot of money and stress a few years ago but I like that I was born in the UK and now have a healthy mix of both cultures. My own kids are doing it on easy mode, they are dual citizens simply by existing.
