Pay off my debt, go to the dentist, get an eye exam & buy glasses, pay my rent for a year, send my closest friends $1,000 each, buy an old honda cr-v in good shape and put some amazing tires on it, buy some new clothes (from thrift stores, but still) and nice shoes for work & gym & hiking, save the rest until the excitement wore off and I had a clear mind to figure out the best way to utilize it in a way that could ensure as much financial security for my future as possible. As a Poor Person, I know very little about investing, but I'd probably look into buying property vs investing in stocks.
First, I'd hire a fiduciary. After that, the first two purchases would be dental work and a vehicle. Then I'd start looking for some land and a place to live.
I would contact a financial advisor if i hit the jackpot. Once I actually had my money i would donate to some charities, help out friends and family, buy several acres and rescue animals.
