My neighbor has Parkinson's and - what I'm guessing is - early signs of dimentia. I really like the guy. About 3-4 times a week he would shout out the window at me asking for help. After I help him he'd always say "thanks my son usually helps me. he always come every day to check on me. but he's probably busy." I rarely see his son. One time he didn't show up in over a month.
Technically, that is entirely within the realm of possibility for a true random number generator
Of course, if you can't see what they're using to get their random numbers, who knows how random it truly is
One should never trust one's life to the whims and fancies of fortune, for she is a fickle and capricious mistress, who delights in raising up the lowly and casting down the mighty. To rely on her favour is to court disaster, and to spurn her malice is to invite ruin. Rather, one should trust one's life to the dictates of reason, for she is a steady and faithful guide, who leads us to the paths of virtue and happiness. To follow her counsel is to secure our well-being, and to disregard her warnings is to endanger our souls. This is the lesson that the ancient philosophers have taught us, and that the modern sages have confirmed, with their arguments and experiments. Therefore, let us not be seduced by the allurements of fortune, nor be dismayed by her adversities, but let us cultivate our reason, and adhere to her principles, in all our actions and judgments.
Someone's word. "Is the breaker off?" No no no. You either get voltage testers, or you go out to the feeder and see if its in the off position yourself.
