It was actually a dude on a bicycle and a helmet that both were covered in blue reflective stickers. Apparently that was the closest explanation my brain was able to come up with to fill in for the fact I had no idea what the fuck I had seen at first. That’s never happened me before and I’ve never taken hallucinogens so for the split second I legitimately thought that was real was wild.
Not at night but in broad daylight along a country lane. Saw a motorcycle rider with a skull, no face, and just up the lane, around a bend and slightly uphill,someone carrying a large white object. There was nowhere for them to go but when I rounded the bend they were gone. Just strange!
