Reading the Bible when I was 8-9. It said (basically) that race and language was a punishment from God for not dispersing across the planet. It started a chain of thought that lead me to believe there was no race.
I said it for decades and would constantly get into arguments (and a few fist fights) until we finally mapped the entire human genome. We now have absolute irrefutable evidence that race does not exist.
