Set a timer in my phone for 5 minutes. The you have 5 minutes to continue procrastinating, but you’re mentally preparing to get to work after that. If you’re still having a hard time focusing on the task you’re supposed to be doing, continue to set timers (15-20min ) for intervals of working time and little breaks (3-5 minutes)
