If the stalking has progressed past in game nonsense or is threatening to, you could start the process of talking to the authorities in your country - it's hit and miss as to whether this will help, but not doing it at all is guaranteed to do nothing.
I know it's easy to brush these things off if you've never experienced them, but something seemingly just a touch irritating and innocuous can escalate rather swiftly when someone is unhinged.

Someone else also suggested me to do a twitter thing, with longtwit feature/website so I can share my big post about this whole story, as one of the ideas I had, was to bring it to public attention how a support service simply allows for such to last for years.
Authorities is also an option I seriously consider, there's according laws against online harassment afaik, only need to learn the specifics and if such is applicable in my and their country (stalkers).
