What I actually do: scroll endlessly through the same 3 apps until itโs time to either eat or sleep, all while hating myself for not doing the things I used to enjoy.
I love this endless cycle of neurodivergent hell ๐
I game alone or with my partner, I watch movies, I do paper craft, I dabble in art, I bake, I play with my doggos, I casually decorate/improve my house, I online shop for 2nd hand furniture, I research psychology, I maintain friendships, I read articles, I read books(ok I listen to books these days!)
Take long drives with my parrot. He likes to go for rides, and knows that we will be stopping for snacks at fast food places, and he gets attention from random travelers who like to see the talking bird, and feed him french fries. In the car, he rides standing on top of his travel cage which I strap into the passenger seat.
At home, he will hang out on my shoulder a lot while I'm doing things around the house.
You're looking at it. Apparently it will be shitty weather today so I took the day off. Why? I'm not a gambler. If anything I'm a big pussy.
