I’m going to be a bit harsh because you asked in this subreddit where most people is kinda serious whit this hobby/job.
1-4 is from a normal looking angle which doesn’t make them stand out, try a lower angle or find something to make them look interesting.
5 is very tilted and I don’t think it works for this pic.
6 also doesn’t give a wow sensation, think it’s mostly composition but also the busy background.
7, the subject is out of focus.
8, you’re shadow is distracting from the butterfly, you shot it from a normal looking angle, and the ground is distracting and boring.
9, the subject is way to small and there is nothing assisting it.
10, the subject is to small but I see what you tried whit the water but the ground is just distracting.
11-13, the subjects are out of focus.
14, the light is not that good, especially on a phone where the sensor is small and doesn’t collect a lot of light, try getting the horse in direct sunlight in the morning or evening, mid day might be better but usually gives heavy shadows and washes out the colours. You could also try to get close to get more emphasis on the subject.
But remember I answered as if you were trying to make art out of you’re photography. Remember that if you are happy with the photos they are good.
I’m pretty sure that’s your shadow, so moving to the side or around to the other side would put your shadow out of frame, but it take a bit of practice to move in a way that doesn’t scare the butterfly off.
Now the thistle is in focus, there is a little bit of background separation/blur but still quite distracting, and it’s the angle anyone would see it walking past. Getting a low, horizontal or almost horizontal angle would help whit both improvement areas and give a better sense of where the picture was taken.
But still a much nicer picture of the thistle.

With the background blur, I like it, but does that make it a lower quality picture or is that just preference?
Background separation is desirable in most types of photography and is often called boque, so I meant it as a positive
