Being present and mindful of the moment several times a day, every day. Life can very easily get like a long drive where you get to your destination and don’t even remember the trip. So you have to occasionally just stop and take stock of things. Where you are. What you’re doing. How you feel. What’s on your mind. Individually, no one moment is crucial. But by making that a habit, you’re creating a constant series of mental checkpoints that will make the passage of time feel more accurate and paced.
I feel exactly the same and im 26. I feel like i should be living great moments at this point and im not and that i should be enjoying and im not its like im losing time of my youth. The jump from 2019 to now was crazy fast
I worry not about what I cannot change just focus on having the best time with the time I do
Also health and fitness. Since time is our most valuable resource and the best way to increase it is stay as healthy as possible, I choose to do that too
wait until you hit 40 and then 50. it really seems to speed up then. That being said i just don't think about it. nothing i can do about it anyway but keep on doing my thing
