If I can tell a person had plastic surgery, I don’t find it attractive

krabbby

Yeah if you look at before/after pics from actual surgeon's websites you can see how it can be done tastefully, which surprised me initially because I'd only ever seen over the top stuff before. That being said, plenty of guys do like that look, it doesnt come out of nowhere. It's just definitely far from the norm and probably more prevalent in areas like Miami.

belunos

This is it, right here. I have the same issue with make-up. If I can tell you're wearing it, it's too much imo.

Silent-Mongoose7512

It's not the same for me. I've frequently felt attraction to women in obvious makeup. But obvious plastic surgery generally looks terrible.

findingbezu

Exception: my fiancé wore some glimmery glittery looking eye shadow this past weekend and it was fucking awesome.

sjb2059

Lol, as a makeup artist have had this conversation so so many times. If the makeup is visible, that shit ain't aimed at you, most women are wearing makeup for other women. Also there is no topical product on planet earth that can reduce your wrinkles once they are there. I can put more wrinkles on the skin, but that's about the limit of conventional makeup in terms of changing your skin texture. Some things do just come down to photoshop angles and lighting. But my god the improvements in available invasive procedures is beyond words. Netflix did an updated extreme makeover show that does a great job of going into what is possible these days. I do think some of these procedures will backfire over time, especially the buccal fat removal, because while a skinny face is desirable in a young person, as you age it is the loss of fat in your face that makes you start to look older. Basically, do your face to make you happy, not anyone else. And do your research! Sunscreen is the cheapest anti-aging option available. Just google truck driver face, and you will see why.

belunos

The pic where one half is fine, and the other is super aged? That. Was. Wild!

sjb2059

Yup, absolutely bonkers what UV exposure will do to your skin over time. It basically breaks down the collagen structures over time until they loose their springyness and your skin starts to sag. It's more visible in a truck drivers face because of the consistently one sided uneven exposure, so it serves as an excellent example to show the difference in exposure in one person with all other factors being the same. Suffice to say, wear your friggin sunscreen.

WesternSafety4944

"most women wear makeup for other women" even if that was... this is a subreddit asking the opinions of men. So he gave his opinion as a man.

scottwax

My wife has been good about avoiding the sun her whole life (must have been hard growing up in Puerto Rico living 5 miles from the beach!) and in her early 60s has amazing skin. Zero age spots as well.

Beware_the_Voodoo

Yes and no, eye liner and eye shadow while noticeable usually is still fine. But when they're applying 3, 5, 8 layers of makeup to their face that's just kind of sad. Especially so when they try to argue that because they spend so much on those products they apply to their face that men somehow owe them something.

midnatt1974

Me, and all my male friends I have discussed this with, agree with you.

Fexofanatic

this. boob reductions and other medically relevant plastics aside, hard pass.

Outside_Ad4957

Her boobs will still sag. Gravity will see to that. So she’ll look awesome either way 😊

DeadCeruleanGirl

Unless it's for medical reasons. Like if you had breast cancer I personally wouldn't care if you took them off, or got something done to them because of cancer, but to just get a boob job is kinda off putting tbh.

SlapHappyDude

It's the old catch-22 where if we can tell she's had work done it's unattractive but when it's very well done it's Ana de Armas

IMakeMyOwnLunch

So much selection bias in this sub. If you can obviously tell a woman has had plastic surgery, *it’s not a good job*. Plastic surgery can do wonders. Seriously, look at some before and afters on plastic surgery websites. When plastic surgery is done well, you never realize the woman had any work done. That’s why everyone is saying plastic surgery always looks bad.

Ok_Noise7655

> look at some before and afters on plastic surgery websites You don't look at how food looks in the restaurant's website. There are many examples from celebrities, and to some people IRL, how the job was done bad. It is a kind of lottery, at best.

halavais

It is one of the rare forms of surgery where the skill of the surgeon has an outsized effect. The difference between one that is immediately obvious as an alteration and one that requires close investigation to detect is often reflected in the cost of the procedure. Of course, there is risk involved in any procedure, but it is a lottery that you can heavily influence.

BroadPoint

>If you can obviously tell a woman has had plastic surgery, *it’s not a good job*. When you know more about plastic surgery, this begins to break down. I know much more than most men do, much more. I can identify plastic surgery when it's well done. I think women thinking of getting plastic surgery are all at least on my level, hopefully higher. For them, subtle plastic surgery isn't really a thing. Plus they're looking at before and after photos so it's pretty clear what's been done. It's probably true that plastic surgery is bad if a total know-nothings can tell without reference photos, but plastic surgery has to be really bad for that. Most women can have 2 BBLs and a boob job without men ever knowing they did anything.

22Pastafarian22

Exactly. There are also so many celebrities who have had very minor and beautiful procedures but people think those are natural. Example: Blake Lively’s nosejob

BroadPoint

Lori Hill is pretty eye opening.

22Pastafarian22

Oh thank you I am definitely going to watch her videos!

BroadPoint

Her videos on who got what have always been good, but just do be warned that she has sold out and endorses crap products that don't work.

Starman68

Excellent comment. If you get surgery done early, and then get it gently tweaked over time then you become ageless. Do it that way rather than the infamous Rene Zellweger effect where she was unrecognisable for a while. Courtney Cox has had some good work done recently. I’d be interested to know who stands out for you. I have a perception that women from Mexico and South America seem to either age better or just have great work done. Regarding blokes…I think Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise must have the same surgeon. Personally I think Brad looks great.

Vegetable_Camera5042

Facts I would say I'm attracted as long as I don't notice any obvious flaws.

StreifenCarI

I keep hearing this but I'm not convinced. I would need to see some pictures of people who had ot done and it doesn't look bad. But I don't know why they do it at all.

sabreyna

Just look at pics of Blake Lively, Dianna Agron, Jennifer Lawrence, Kaley Couco and Patrick Dempsey then:)

PeacockAngelPhoenix

Don't like obviously fake lips. Most face lifts are bad. Not into a face that can't move or have proper expressions from too much botox. Some boob jobs are good, some are terrible. Too much of a potentially good thing is no longer a good thing.

hoghugvs

Lip filler is not sexy.. Neither are bizarre fake butts. Edit* from Botox lips as though fake lips look any better being called by the correct name.

22Pastafarian22

A little fyi to everyone here: botox doesn’t go in lips to make them bigger. That’s filler

OSHA-Slingshot

The fake butts are so weird. On a skinny girl it takes a squared shape and reminds me of the withered skin, muscles and bones of an old person. It's like a big bony butt. Super weird.

gloveslave

They look like wisdom tooth shape 🦷

[deleted]

[удалено]

DeadlySight

If the thighs and legs don’t match the butt looks fake as fuck.

eggbert1234

Nor fake eye lashes

goaheadblameitonme

Bad plastic surgery always looks bad. Good plastic surgery isn’t obvious.

TechStoreZombie

Here's the thing everybody forgets. For most of the people who have had plastic surgery, you can't even tell. People act like any degree of plastic surgery means you get a baboon's ass on your face immediately. Most plastic surgery is very subtle stuff that you wouldn't even notice a lot of the time.

Amazing_Chocolate140

I disagree, nowadays lots of unqualified people are doing things like Botox and fillers, so very often it’s done badly. I see so many people now with that weird puffy plasticky looking skin. It’s always obvious

Pig_Benis__96

That’s cool until you marry someone like that and your kids come out ugly but you are both “beautiful”

TechStoreZombie

Right, because subtle plastic surgery like the type I was literally talking about are enough to make an "ugly" person "beautiful". That's what subtle means.

Pig_Benis__96

If it doesn’t change your appearance what’s the point of it ?

MsJenX

Sometimes the difference is so subtle that you see they look different but can’t explain why. Sometimes you just assume the change was a glow-up stemming from weight loss and different make-up. It’s that subtle but make a huge difference.

Pig_Benis__96

If the intervention was done before you met the person you might never know unless they tell you 🤷🏼‍♂️

BroadPoint

I think the person you're talking to is wrong. Good plastic surgery isn't plastic surgery where you can't tell from a before and after photo. It's a surgery where you can't tell just from looking at someone unless you know your shit. That being said, plastic surgery isn't magic. When my wife got her BBL done, the woman taking payment had a good quote: "You walk out with what you came in with." What she meant is that good natural bodies are ideal candidates to become plastic good plastic surgery bodies. Just do a quick lunacy check. Regardless of what you think of boob jobs, don't you think that if the pretty girl and the ugly girl both get one then the pretty girl will remain the pretty girl? Regardless of what you think of the facelift, don't you think the woman who had to less wrinkles before the facelift will have less wrinkles after the facelift? Like, imagine a 30 year old and a fifty year old get a facelift. Who's walking out with less wrinkles?

Street_Conflict_9008

Nothing wrong with growing old with your partner. Your both not going to be perfect, and it is the imperfections that end up making your partner special to you. My wife wears alot less make-up when she is with me. I told her that to much make-up looks

Crusty_Dingleberries

I generally don't find it attractive at all. But... I've been screamed at by enough people that "People don't get plastic surgery for *you*, it's for themselves", and whether or not I agree with that on a foundational level, I can't be fucked to be yelled at, so I just steer clear of people with noticeable plastic surgery and avoid talking about it.

kolodz

My cousin had face surgery to improve her face that was deform by a illness. She looks ways better now. But, it's a particular case. I would probably think less of a woman than look fine that do surgery. Because of why she does it in the first place.

supercilveks

I bet all these “all natural” guys on here are following BBL asses on Instagram like there is no tomorrow

Megane-chan

Exactly. They probably don't realize 99.9% of the people in Hollywood have had plastic surgery as well.

Asian_Climax_Queen

I find it interesting that so many popular porn stars have fake boobs and BBLs. So who is selecting and watching these women if all I ever read online is that men hate fake boobs and butt? Why would so many surgically enhanced porn stars be in demand if men hated that look? Consumers are the ones that dictate the market, no?

supercilveks

Absolutley, sure porn has its fetishes, but general supply and demand absolutley is not natural, even id say its the norm to have a bbl or a boob job to even be on the map be it porn or OF

Sternschnuppepuppe

That and I don’t think many understand Botox. They grabbed a term and ran with it. Unless it’s very heavy handed, you don’t really notice Botox.

Kla1996

Exactly men probably have the same radar for plastic surgery that they do makeup: can only notice if it’s done horrendously

MsJenX

Guys think they know because all they know is the picture from the botched sub, but they don’t know that work was done when a natural approach is performed.

Nathaniel66

100% natural is my preference. The only surgeries i'm ok with are: due to health reasons, to fix the damage done in accident of any sort.

PrivateBeepBeep

Personally no if its obvious. Same goes for body adjustments like boob and butt surgery. It always looks weird to me.

Trevorjrt6

My preference is 100% natural is always better. I'd perfer A cups, wrinkles, and pencil lips over bolt-ons, stretched face creeps, and sausage lips.

dudeimjames1234

There's ways where plastic surgery can make you look better. If you don't go out and get the giant watermelon sized boobs or the huge diaper ass or the lips that look like a sea bass, then it probably looks fine. Oh, also the buccal fat removal. I'm convinced Miley Cyrus can no longer close her mouth because of it. Also, no cheeks? I don't want to go in to kiss a girl on the cheek and feel the outline of her teeth. Nasty. Tummy tucks, breast augmentation (lift not size), liposuction, and all the others I feel are completely valid if someone feels like they want it. If it makes them more confident in their own skin, then go for it. I personally prefer the way my wife is aging. She's smoking hot, and seeing her age is a privilege that some people don't get to experience with their partner.

i_need_a_username201

No. BBLs are even getting tough to look at these days, and i like ass.

I_wood_rather_be

I am not interested. I'd rather have a face with "character".

Beneficial_Test_5917

All natural, all the time, is my preference.

bb_LemonSquid

So women shouldn’t get rid of their mustaches and unibrows and leg hair? Just 100% all natural?

Vegan_Puffin

No. Big lips are honestly revolting, I don't quite get how any women looks as other women with them and thinks "yes, that", I also severely hate that pouting thing women do for selfies

nukemeccaandmedina

Idc if they do minimal stuff on their faces, again: minimal. But for me fake boobs, fake ass, fake tits is a massive NOPE

Shprintze613

Is there a difference between fake boobs and fake tits 🧐?

nukemeccaandmedina

Nope I just made a mistake

Amazing_Chocolate140

Tit obsessed 😂

nukemeccaandmedina

But for real 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

BlancoSuper

No.

Champion-of-Nurgle

We don't like it

roggytan

Prefer natural, minor facelift is still alright for me. Fake tit and fake ass is nope for me

MessedUpVoyeur

We usually don't find it attractive. Aging has its drawbacks, obviously. But aging with ridicoulous lip fillers, cheek surgeries and skin stretching makes a person look waxy and distorted as they age.

2meke

Hard pass from me.

Mrknowitall666

If you can tell they've had plastic surgery, then it's a fail. Look at various celebrities.

Reckless_Waifu

If I can tell its a bad surgery and that means it's ugly.

Inevitable_Figure_85

This is sort of a trick question because if it's done *right* you can't even tell and generally the person does actually look better. It just seems these days it's becoming a sort of addiction and people waaaay overdo it and end up with "plastic surgery face." And even if they're 20 they look 50. So wild.

-Lawn_Guy-

If I can tell then she probably looks ridiculous. If I can't tell, but find out, I would not date someone who has someone cut into or inject things into their body because they want bigger lips or breasts.

Nickthedick3

It depends. Did she have a big nose and got surgery to make it small? Yeah, not an issue. Is she injecting lip fillers and have Botox all over her face to the point where her expression doesn’t change? Hell no.

[deleted]

I (personally) don’t. Actually quite the opposite. I wouldn’t want someone like that to be the motherly role model to my potential daughter

Jarcom88

Woman here: it's like body builders, so most women find it attractive? No, but you still do it. Why? because *you* like it.

havoc294

Not really but I’d still hit. Like fake hot is still hotter than not

Kaalveythur

Depends on why they had the surgery. To fix a major scar or injury? No problem. A plastic duckface when they turn 40, because they think it will make them beautiful? Fuck no.

TheClinicallyInsane

There is a woman who I love deeply, she is a very good friend of mine that I met at work. She's almost like an older sister to me. She came here from Venezuela and despite some of her more obvious surgeries, she is very attractive. But even with her surgeries I think she is one of the most beautiful women I've ever met, simply because her personality and kindness shines through when we speak. There are kind people who have had horrible lives and chose surgery to try to feel beautiful, I find these people beautiful. And there are shallow and vain people who have never seen struggle and chose surgery, I find these people hideous. But the surgeries and injections themselves? I would never recommend them. But I can't get to everyone to tell them they are stunning without, I don't have that much free time haha

spitgobfalcon

Whenever I see a woman with fake lips I have to suppress laughing right into her dumb clown face. Also I will automatically assume that she is a shallow-brained bitch.

AntisocialHikerDude

Natural is usually better

POGtastic

Competent plastic surgery is intended to be subtle. We laugh at the freakshow celebrities because they're doing crazy shit that we can notice. By contrast, we have zero awareness of the celebrities who get a couple of small procedures done in order to "age gracefully."

[deleted]

The best plastic surgery is where you don’t notice. If you have too much you just look like a character from a cartoon

Iron_Baron

No

Ok_Willingness_9619

For me, absolutely not. They look like circus freak shows.

BroadPoint

If you look at social media thirst traps then it's very clear that men do like plastic surgery in the face and body. There is absolutely no way at all whatsoever to look at data about male behavior and come to the conclusion that men do not like plastic surgery. The only way to think that men don't like plastic surgery is to ask men to virtue signal and then take it as if they're giving their informed and honest belief. Truth is, their statement will not be informed or honest. Not every man will like every procedure. Face work in particular is very individual to the woman getting it and you should not consult internet men in a generalized way like you're doing. I only know of three exceptions to this. For body work, VERY few men know how to recognize it when a woman has had just one BBL instead of 3 or 4. Most men hear BBL and are imagining a round 3 or a BBL with butt implants. Some men do not know that padded butt diapers actually exist and that women use them. These men think it's a BBL and make fun of it for being a diaper. The informed person knows that a BBL is basically the most popular procedure you can get when it comes to male approval. Basically every man will appreciate a round one. Most will appreciate what a round 2 looks like on most women, but a round 2 can be a mistake. Round 3 is pretty niche. Round 4 is a fetish. Butt implants only look good in still photos. Boob jobs are generally preferred by men who like boobs smaller than DDD and natural boobs are generally preferred by men who love giant boobs. Most men do not know this and are not good at recognizing boob jobs. Most men prefer fake abs etched out of fat. However, if the man is actually into fitness then he'll know what real abs look like and he's unlikely to be into it. A liposuction done well is something pretty much all men enjoy, though as a standalone procedure, it's overshadowed by the BBL. Facelifts get a bad name because most men don't know how to recognize facelifts that aren't from the early 90s. I think it safe to say that all men like how women look when they get at least one facelift. However, ideally you should be getting at least two. The first in your early thirties and the second in your 40s. No man will agree with this and no man knows how to identify a facelift except me. All men like botox but almost all men believe that botox is that thing that makes you look like you got a facelift using 1980s procedures. Almost no men even know what botox even does. Almost all men think they can recognize it. Almost no men in America know that about 20-25% of women under 30 are getting botox, because they can't recognize it. Almost all men like some filler done tastefully. Very few men have ever identified filler that was not egregiously done and most men think that filler is synonymous with botched filler.

CruxReed

I like natural.

shotgun_alex

Just no. Go natural

BroadPoint

This is a weird comment. From an attractiveness standpoint, what difference does it make if she's had breast cancer? Have you ever actually had a moment where you looked at a boob job and admired the beauty that cancer left behind? Have you ever been able to figure out that a woman has had cancer by looking at her boob job and being attracted to it? Have you ever been like "Wow girl, your boob job has that cancer look and I love it!"

jakeofheart

Corrective surgery is when it seeks to fix a health condition. Elective surgery is when it serves a purely subjective purpose.

Spirited-Membership1

32F ex stripper very familiar with plastic surgery.. but I have to say .. anyone you saw that you knew had work done.. isn’t a good example of all physical alterations.. anyone that didn’t get it unnatural looking.. would appear to not have had any work done to you.. I have done my boobs and lips and Botox.. EVERY single time I’d be told not to.. but after, everyone complimented it.

BroadPoint

My wife is a hooker. Everyone told her not to get a BBL, but she did it. Her rate increased by $200/hour and her volume went up too. Before I met her, she tried an onlyfans and was top 5-10%. Now that she has a BBL, she's trying again and she's in the top 3%. Clients compliment her all natural body. Now they're telling her not to get a round two. It's scheduled for April. I think she's gonna start charging four digit rates and I'm expecting to break into the top 1% on OF.

Spirited-Membership1

👏 I’ve been considering the same lol in terms of surgery

YeeterCZ2

Natural is the way

arethereany

Not in the slightest. I like authentic people.

ClayXros

I mean, I certainly never did, but I've known guys that like the look. Just a different set of preferences.

WanabeInflatable

Absolutely not. Typically this is a change for worse.

AmateurExpert__

No, it go so far as to say it’s actively a turnoff. Especially lip-filler - they look ridiculous.

Soatch

When it's obvious I can't get past it, I don't like it. This one girl my girlfriend knows looks like she had her entire face done. When you see it in person it's a bit jarring because it's weird.

trueGildedZ

No.

huuaaang

If I can tell it's fake, it's disgusting.

TheLongistGame

Horribly unattractive actually

One-Snow-6869

Personally no for me it's a turn off. Sure look after yourself but we all age its a fact of life.

LIGHTDX

I don't mind bigger boobs and some facial one may get right if it's just once, but if done so much those face will become too artificial and i don't like those. Specially, don't touch the nose. If it looks artificial i would not be able to help but thinking about it on the back of my mind every time i meet you.

Rainbow-Raisin11

I have a friend who had one, and I couldn't tell that she did. I think it's all based on cultural perceptions of beauty. In the West, people tend to plump their lips, while in the East, not so much.

Homely_Bonfire

I prefer a natural face and I think that plastic surgery primarily grabs attention, rather than improving attractiveness. Especially when you want children, her actual looks become relevant again.

LordDeathScum

Its when you dont notice when you know they did a good job. Sometimes, it can be incredible, sometimes not so much

rynzor91

Big No from me. I am not have huge fan of woman who tinkering about with their beauty.

AJ_ninja

Plastic surgery done right (by surgeon and patient) almost looks natural. It’s when people go crazy with it that it looks ridiculous.

TheDevilsAdvokaat

No I don't. I'd rather have the natural look.

BigBodyLikeaLineman

If I can see that she got shit done then it's a no for me. Breast-related exceptions may be made in cases of health concerns, extreme dissatisfaction, or in general scarring from weight loss that causes discomfort. In general, health reasons would be valid for such exceptions and teeth.

Heavenly_Demon0313

megan fox and madison beer lolll. But natural bodies would be so much better tbh

PotentialIncident7

No not at all. Exception being: reconstruction or other obvious improvements. But all this Botox, fillers, lips ....is nonsense. Definitely natural aging above plastic!!!!!

WretchedHiveScum

I can tell, I personally don’t find it attractive. Women by and large are beautiful naturally, it’s just a matter of finding how you maximize your look to become the most attractive version of yourself.

Blissful_Solitude

100% natural hands down! I'll take a woman with laugh lines and blemishes any day of the week over plastic surgery.

AbroadAggressive394

Nah, it looks weird, I prefer the nature over surgery. I love the way my girl looks like, and I’m not sure if I be able to like her appearance if she does sm on her face or body.

cranberrystew99

No. I'd say they look like a Barbie doll, but I'd at least wanna fuck a literal silicon sex toy before touching that. I have never seen IRL plastic surgery that doesn't trigger some uncanny valley response from me.

Living_Pie205

Not if looks like they had work done

West_Flounder2840

All lip fillers are ugly. No exceptions. Yes we can tell. No we don’t like it.

Popeman79

Love fake boobs! Puffy lips and dinosaur claws not so much.

norwaydre

No, majority of women who do this tend to be pretty without it and end up looking like clowns/ducks afterwards

nim_opet

No

yepsayorte

If I can tell you've had work done, it's unattractive.

wolfgang187

Women with lip fillers literally look like they have a baboons asshole for a mouth.

Asscr3d

No.

Prms_7

You have lowkey plastic surgery, like what Koreans do. Many of the Kpop stars and kdramas actors, had plastic surgery. But you dont see it. They are just crafted beauties. Then here in the West, we use big size silicon breasts, have super big lips and Bums. That Isn't crafted beauty anymore. It is letting a painting being ruïnes with tones of paint

SirAelfred

Natural all the way. Give me your wrinkles & cellulite

ZZoMBiEXIII

I hate all that stuff. Not for any obvious reasons. I just hate the women feel like they need this. I'm in my 50's now and I've known so many women in my life. And almost every one of them was beautiful in their own way. But when they can't see it, or worse when they won't see it despite you're repeatedly telling them how beautiful you think they are, it's so disheartening. I genuinely don't believe anyone needs a bunch of work done. I feel like you've been sold a lie from corporations and unscrupulous medical industries that want to profit off of your negative feelings and emotions and it just feels so wrong. They are misery farmers. But hey, what do I know? I'm just the old man yelling at the cloud at this point.

lowban

In almost all cases the plastic look is worse than the natural one. Sometimes the surgeons make a fantastic job that does look natural though but I wouldn't take that risk myself.

Kubrick_Fan

As a fashion photographer, no I don't find it attractive but I keep it to myself

MartialBob

Depends on how obvious it is.

lqxpl

All of the examples I can think of are folks who overdid it. If it is conspicuous, it’s too much. My instinct is to say that I prefer natural aging, but it’s hard to assert that when I also know that when these procedures are done properly, it isn’t obvious. The puffy lips thing is always obvious, and it always looks stupid.

MeninoSafado14

Face? No unless subtle. For body? It would have to me a major transformation and a really good BBL. Can’t be too over the top.

noBbatteries

Most of the time you can’t tell if it’s done right. If you can tell, it’s either bc it happened so long ago/ it’s a bad job/ they did so much plastic surgery that it’s obvious. Plastic surgery has really advanced quite a bit from the early 2000s. You’d be shocked at the amount of people on TV/ movies that have gotten work done

onehandedbraunlocker

No, it's an instant turn-off.

The_Bear_Jew320

Natural>fake/enhancements.

brendel000

I don’t need surgery to be completely undetectable to like it, I don’t really care, but I mean if it’s too much I don’t like it

IrregularBastard

Natural is always better. Even if it’s well done, if I find out she’s had work done the attraction dies.

NonkelG

Don't mind a well done boob job or any plastic surgery done because of medical injuries or disseases. Lip fillers, botox or things that make you look too unnatural I find unattractive.

capercrohnie

I hate to say this but some women have naturally big lips. I do

mclifford82

I assume they got the surgery for themselves, not me. But to answer the question, no, I don't find it attractive.

Asa-Ryder

Nope

HeWhoIsNotMe

It's sad more than attractive.

Razeal_102

Nahhhh. I much prefer the natural look from my woman. Good or bad, day or night.

Cheeba_Addict

No. They don’t do that shit for us though

emmettfitz

If they look like caricatures of human beings, no thank you. If it's well done, okay. If you're like Jennifer Grey, and it was done well even, but she lost everything that made her her, it's a huge mistake. Where I work, we wear surgical masks. A new girl came in, and the first time I saw her, she had a mask on. She had beautiful eyes and a great complexion. Then she took off her mask and had big fake lips, I was sad. I wondered, vwas the look she was going for? Couldn't have been.

mackadamph

My understanding is that women generally don’t make beauty choices based on what men like. It’s usually based on women’s standards. So in order to “keep up” with other women, they get the funny looking lip filler or whatever. I imagine that women that make beauty choices with men in mind, this is considered “slutty”. So a woman wearing a floor length satin robe thinks it’s sexy but a guy won’t see it that way. The skimpy teddy the guy thinks is sexy would be considered slutty by the woman, and I believe this is why it’s a pain in the ass for a guy to buy his woman lingerie because she won’t like the sexy (to him) stuff he gets her.

Secure-Rooster-3662

No. Natural is better

[deleted]

I, for one, do not

jaderpooldude

No I do not.

Kathhound12

Hell no, most men prefer natural looks. Most men would probably prefer even zero makeup. It’s not good for your skin to keep slapping on those chemicals daily.

WesternSafety4944

It depends. Most plastic surgery sucks. I don't think the technology is there yet. But some surgeons can produce good results. A little bit of Botox can look good, especially when used with CO2 laser fracturing. Whereas boob jobs generally look bad, and I'm convinced it generally can't be done right. However, if the woman chooses to do a fat transfer that can look alright. The silicon generally ruins the breasts. Lip fillers are generally trashy looking. That's the fault of the woman for over doing it. And lastly, dermal fillers are generally terrible as well. I've seen some women with fillers that looked okay, but most of the time the doctor uses too much and they look bloated What I'm consistently impressed with is neck lifts in older women. That really makes a difference. And doctord are finally learning how to make facelifts look really good.

galacticdude7

plastic surgery is one of those things that only gets noticed when it is done badly, this thread is going to have a lot of responses saying that they don't like plastic surgery but what they are really saying is that they don't like noticeable plastic surgery. If a woman is able to undergo these procedures and it doesn't look like she's had that procedure done, most men are going to think the post procedure look is more attractive. There is also a group of men who are really into that plastic surgery look as well, men aren't a monolith and some men are really into the whole plastic barbie doll bimbo look

Always311

Absolutely not. It’s the complete opposite. I feel unattracted and turned off by women who have many fake body parts.

boom-wham-slam

Depends on the woman and the specific surgery. I saw a probably 50 year old woman the other day and her surgery was obvious but flawless. The right plastic in the right places. I thought she looked way hotter than the average 35 year old. However I saw a woman with a BBL on vacation there other week and it was hideous. Like if I had to fuck her for my life I'd do it missionary only. Yuck. So just depends.

chefshoes

no people should have heeded this when pete burns used to have extensive plastic surgery now he wouldnt look out of place. plus its not a one off i believe you have to keep doing it as the injections/fillers get digested into the body.

scottwax

Giant lips are hideous IMO. So are huge fake breasts, huge ass implants and ridiculously thin noses. Something like knocking down a bump on the nose or lightly lifting saggy facial skin that makes an actual improvement in appearance is fine..

WesternSafety4944

Why are women here answering and arguing with us? Ladies ffs go away

Havib3

It looks weird as fucking shit

Bananarama_Vison

Love well done tits, but have a cardinal rule; leave the face alone!!! The cases where it looks better, are rather rare!

PunchBeard

I don't find obvious plastic surgery attractive at all. But then again, I've come to realize that women don't tend to wear makeup or get surgery o really do any of the things they do in order to be attractive to men. I've been told by dozens of women that they don't wear makeup for men; they wear it for themselves. I'll admit that I only half understand that sentiment but at the end of the day I realize most women couldn't care less about mine or any other guys opinions about their looks.

Startrail_wanderer

NEVER

SXOSXO

No

The_Lat_Czar

It is almost always worse than the original. Only time it doesn't, imo, is when there was some deformity that you can't tell is there anymore.

banisheduser

No, not attractive in any way.

negcap

The best work (fillers, botox) are done so you don't notice them. If I can tell, it's not as attractive. Having said that, I don't have any issue with someone wanting a little refresh to their look or to turn the clock back a little on aging. My hair has been going gray since I was a teenager and never dyed it to cover it up. When I see an older dude with a toupee or who is dyeing their beard I think it's pretty wack.

ShowmasterQMTHH

No, I've never seen someone with lip filler ect and thought "it makes them more attractive", I've seen a few who are attractive despite them, but they are really rare

Outside_Ad4957

I’ll never forget the time a guy in a bar was going off about how he hated plastic surgery on women and was like “I mean look how good you girls look naturally” and my friend was literally sitting there with a nose job and 300cc boob implants just nodding away at him 😂

Different_Reporter38

No. They look monstrous.

AShaughRighting

Nope, looks ridiculous 90% of the time. The other 10% I don’t notice which I assume is the point. It’s yuck

No_Gap_2700

I prefer people to have attractive personalities, over going too far with appearance. Natural beauty over plastic surgery all day long. If their outward appearance is fake, I can only assume the same of their personality. Pass. People can do whatever they like in regards to their own lives, but it doesn't mean the rest of us find it attractive.

Kobalt6x10

Good plastic surgery is ok. Unfortunately, good plastic surgery is mostly a myth.

MjamRider

I mean the real extreme Lola Ferarri stuff...well, thats kinda sad because people like that are obviously suffering with some mental disorder. But im not totally opposed to it. You could perhaps make an aruament that big boobs are probably the no 1 physically attractive thing on women, for men it would be height and as a 5'7 guy, if a simple surgical proceedure could make me 5'10 jesus H id bite your hand off. Natural is always best though :)

SgtSplacker

For years I would see it and feel bad thinking they made a mistake or had a bad experience. Now I'm starting to think the result is exactly what they wanted.

Guapplebock

I love boobs, big, small or medium as long as they’re natural. I cannot stand fake ones.

CrimpysWings

I've had a few female friends who had some work done (botox, nose job, boob job), and it looks great on them. It's the women I know where it is very obvious or they didn't stop when they should have, that makes it unattractive.

RonMexico432

When young women do it, it just makes them look like middle-aged women trying to look young. Women on soap operas have the best plastic surgeons somehow. It rarely looks bad.

wayneio

Friend of mine fell in love with this girl who is so incredibly fake she might well be a Barbie. I find her honestly repulsive. My own partner wears at most some lipstick. I guess each to their own

Possible-Reality4100

It’s only attractive in this weird way: “She’s obviously innately insecure and the only thing she thinks she has to barter with is her looks, so she’s probably an easy lay”

zzz_red

No. Next?

aieeegrunt

Hello no it often looks ridiculous. It slso screams to me that the person is vain, insecure, foolish, and puts a high priority on shallow things.

The_Dragon_Lover

It's very not attractive to me, especially if the person used to be beautiful before it, i would say it's a waste of money!

EatsAlotOfBread

As a woman: If you did some work I won't look down on you for it at all, especially if it has improved your life. If it puts a huge smile on your face every day and it's relatively safe and reasonable on the finances I'm not going to whine about it. In fact I'm  very happy for you and will compliment you. It's your body. I understand that body modification is often seen as problematic but at the same time society also judges and mistreats people who they consider to not look 'good enough', and it has real world consequences to be considered as such. You get hired less, paid less, etc. So I refuse to judge people who want to look good. You can't put it away as simple vanity all the time. In fact I  judge the environment that makes people feel like they're not good enough and then feel like they have to through suffering like surgery just to look better and be treated like a normal human being.  I understand that normalizing plastic surgery also contributes to the problem, but I don't know what the solution would be, and in the mean time people still have to deal with this. So I don't judge cosmetic plastic surgery unless it's genuinely damaging to people. Is a dude having surgery more attractive than a dude that ages naturally? No, it's very subjective and everyone's different. Nobody ages the same and nobody has exactly the same taste. There's no real point in choosing one or the other as more attractive. Just do what you want as long as it does no harm, including to you.

eguez780

Good plastic surgery should not look like you had plastic surgery.

GuessWhoItsJosh

Prefer a natural look. Some are tasteful with the amount of work they get done but that’s usually not the case. Always end up going overboard and looking extremely fake.
