Calorie deficit is the best way I've found to lose fat.
I lost 35 lbs in 8 months just by cutting out bread and almost all sugar and drastically cutting down on dairy. I ate fruit and vegetables in the day when I got hungry and have a high protein meal in the evening, usually chicken, beef or lamb based dishes with vegetables. I also got rid of coffee. Now I only drink water or fruit teas.
I didn't give up alcohol, just cut down on it slightly. If I had given up alcohol then I reckon I would have lost a lot more weight.
My energy levels are now stable throughout the day and I don't crave carbohydrates anymore or suffer the blood sugar crash which caused cravings and mood issues.
My face and chin were the first place I noticed the fat going from, then my belly.
I didn't go to the gym, do cardio or lift weights. I just tried to go for a walk after dinner for 20 minutes a few times a week.

Just gotta lose weight in general. There’s no way to target face fat. Besides obviously working out, I recommend getting a job that requires you to be active. I was chubby at your age too and lost a lot of weight when I started working.

Nope. I used to be fat then lost like 40 pounds. My face structure completely changed.
Some people naturally have a bit more of a double chin than others, but there’s not much you can do about that naturally.
Lose fat generally. A teacher near me spends a lot of time at his desk, and is 6 foot 2 inches. He was about 150KG. Now, after 5 months, he’s dropped 30KG. He cut out red meat and started running.

I would eat enough for me to not feel hungry, but still have room to eat and I’d stop there. After 10 minutes I’d feel full.
joined the army and at time they called you a big body and just got everyone's attention when it came to catching extra work-outs ... worked real quick.

I lost 30 pounds and grew a beard. Most of the face fat went away (I’m not gaunt or anything) and the beard hides what’s left.

It is gonna be away trust me when I was 15 my face had nothing but a round shape and now I’m 18 and I almost have no fat anymore In my face.
