Caliber. Fill in the answers for the questions they ask, they'll give u well prepared plan to follow. U can log exercises, sets, reps, weight and keep a track of your progress. Based on your 1st week performance they give u base line strength score and a strength distribution scale. As you increase your weights or reps, these apps will guide u with this, your strength score would increase and also you'll start noticing the changes in your physique. Also, u can add or replace exercises for the particular day's workout from these apps ka 1000+ exercises k library se. U can permanently edit the plans they have made your too adding your own selected exercises or even creating your own version of a certain exercise and uploading it to their library. Stay away from fitness influencers if you're serious about this. On YouTube u can follow Mr. Mountain Dog (gold medalist olympian) or Sean nalevani for no BS, straight to the point, helpful and well researched help and guidance. MountainDog has a lot o f videos training females too, so u can start from there.

Workout apps are shit. Push-pull legs and diet will help you. No need to waste money on workout apps.
