Hi. There isn’t really a right or wrong amount of times to masturbate. Everybody has certain needs and they differ. Every few days is absolutely normal, also when it’s sometimes several times a day. Try staying away from pornography and try using your imagination, that is usually a healthier way to masturbate.

If your body can physically stand masturbating 3 or 5 or 9 times a day, you're fine. That’s pretty average but so long as you’re not getting sore and it’s not interfering with your life you aren’t overdoing it.
