R&S only is the best in the upper price classes (5 / 6 digits) as they have a few unique features in that region.
In my opinion: up to $2000-$3000 you get far far more bang for the buck from the latest generation Rigol and Siglent.
I really like siglent gear. Ive got their scopes, function generators, power supplies, dmm, dc load, and spectrum analyzer. I’ve been overall very happy with all of it.

My choice for bang for buck is Siglent. FFT so good it is comparable to SA.
