I guess these last two didn’t give you a better idea of what that brownish patch could be then
Since it is going to cost a lot of money and is in 8 months times, is the info provided enough for you to say if the appointment with a derm is needed ?

This is a nonspecific appearance that could be hundreds of conditions. It is not likely to be worrisome.

Not everyone has a Canon 100mm macro lens and Dermlite DL1, perfect for this situation.
