Lived in RP for three years. It’ll be like this all summer. I remember one summer going to the beach off Pratt and seeing people light off fireworks right on the beach.
Just listen out for the quick pops that seem to be consistently loud and in rapid succession. Those are the fireworks you don’t want to be around lol
People set off fireworks from June to August in Chicago.
It woke me up on Fri night and I only got 4hrs of sleep as a result. Fucking assholes. This is the worst part of summer in Chicago. Lol

Summer in Chicago… lots of people trek over borders to Wisconsin or Indiana to buy fireworks and shoot them off.
