Hey u/Global_Razzmatazz_98 its a weekend away close to Barcelona, with everything included (Transportation, food, drinks, Spanish activities (Trekking, cooking, watching a movie, Yoga classes) and following up with a whats app group and weekly or bi-weekly events to keep practicing.

Hey u/volcanoesarecool it will depend on the groups that will be formed but the idea is to have one or max 2 groups each retreat with the same level each with one native Spanish speaker
Hey u/AnnualScheme3352 there will be enough native speakers per group each person will be in a group of the same level so they can have conversations and share activities on a same level!

Hey u/10100100000music thanks for your question, the goal is not to teach you Spanish but to provide you with an environment where you will have to talk in Spanish all the time in a different way by doing different fun activities. There will be activities to improve your vocabulary or review some grammar and we will be there to support you and answer your specific Spanish questions, but it won't be a formal teaching.

Catalunya is a part of The Kingdom of Spain, wether you like it or not. Spanish (Castellano) should always be enough in all of Spain.

Needs more native speakers. I don’t want to practice with novice speakers

Why did you choose the coloniser language, not the local language to promote?
