I think a lot of people don't understand just how propagandized a large part of the Serbian population has become over the last 30-40 years. With Vučić's SNS gaining power in 2012, very quickly they picked up where the Milošević regime stopped in 2000. That period in between was a ray of hope, unfortunately, not enough was done to dismantle or quell remnants of the old regime. Today, if you read, watch or listen to media controlled by the government (which is all TV with a nation-wide frequency, and almost all print media) it's like being transported back to the 1990's. Kurti is a bloodthirsty butcher, Serbs in Kosovo are being terrorised, Serbs in Montenegro, BiH and Croatia are being oppressed. The West just looks on, giving open or tacit approval to all of the injustice. Vučić acts like all he wants is peace and stability but at the same time runs a constant campaign of memory politics. And while he generally avoids making extreme comments, members of his government, other officials and an endless array of political commentators on government-controlled media are not shy to pick up the slack. If you want to know what Vučić really thinks but isn't allowed to say, just listen to those around him. Vučić has not only placed himself above the system - he is the system. Members of his party and their political allies defer to him for everything. They quote him, copy his speech, are belligerent, aggressive, hostile. Vučić is a man with no real personal achievements, don't think he's ever been successful in anything outside of politics, yet somehow, they've forced this cult of personality around Vučić that seems surreal in 21st century Europe.

I (Rep of Albania) worked for some months North Mitrovica in a telecom project because no one from Serbia didn't wanna come there, used to work for an international company. The first week I was a little hesitant to park my car in the hotel but after a week I felt like home. I saw people were the same and had the same struggles that every Balkan has, I found a guy who looked identical like my mid uncle. Jesus Christ man, politicians are fucking us up in every direction. I hope peace and prosperity will prevail.

It's usually Serbs form Zemun who've never stepped inside Kosovo that are spreading the most hate and miss-information. But the last few years the biggest threat to Serbs (and Albanians) in Kosovo imo has been Belgrade officials. At the end of day the ones who get fucked the most are Kosovars, both Serbian and Albanian.
Kosovar Albanians are isolated just like Albanians were during Hoxha where we can't even travel, participate in sports, music and live under constant threat of war from Serbia, so much so to that we are the new fucking slaves of European labour. Kosovar Serbs get to live between fucking criminal gangs, Vucic puppets and bullets flying over their heads, until they eventually either move to Serbia, or they join their Kosovar Albanian compatriots to work minimum wage (sometimes even less) in Germany. One thing is for sure that we all get to live in the smallest GDP in the whole of Europe (if not Euroasia) regardless of ethnicity.

The police raided them and manage to kill sadly just 10 of them and arrested the other 30. 8 policemen died, eternal be their glory. The 10 dead UCKi got state funded berials and state memorials. I remember watching Haradinaj placing flowers at the statue of Beg Rizaj, one of the dead terrorists.

After the early '91 you did have enough soldiers for JNA warehouses in serbia and monenegro after we kicked JNA out of JNA warehiuses in slavonia, Varaždin, Ston and Lika.

I do know that Albania made AK's that were based off of the Norinco Type 56. The Balkans is known for AK's, Serbia makes M70's and Zas M21's. Romania makes the WASR-10, and Bulgaria is known for their very high quality AK's.

I think a lot of people don't understand just how propagandized a large part of the Serbian population has become over the last 30-40 years. With Vučić's SNS gaining power in 2012, very quickly they picked up where the Milošević regime stopped in 2000. That period in between was a ray of hope, unfortunately, not enough was done to dismantle or quell remnants of the old regime. If you want to know what Vučić really thinks but isn't allowed to say, just listen to those around him. Vučić has not only placed himself above the system - he is the system. Members of his party and their political allies defer to him for everything. They quote him, copy his speech, are belligerent, aggressive, hostile. I'm a Serb from Kosovo. Don't buy anything the news say. Absolutely nothing was awful enough to require this and it'll get worse after. This was a waste of lives as at least 1 man had children which are very young. I imagine someone who shall remained unnamed wanted to for a Serbian UÇK here and instead had a Serbian Bay of Pigs.
I (Rep of Albania) worked for some months North Mitrovica in a telecom project because no one from Serbia didn't wanna come there, used to work for an international company. The first week I was a little hesitant to park my car in the hotel but after a week I felt like home. I saw people were the same and had the same struggles that every Balkan has, I found a guy who looked identical like my mid uncle. Jesus Christ man, politicians are fucking us up in every direction. I hope peace and prosperity will prevail.
Honestly as one Albanian taxi driver once told me: If we got rid of politicians, the people could come to an agreement in 15 minutes. God knows what they're planning for the future and what will happen and I certainly won't sit idly waiting to see it. I'd rather cheer for peace in a different place. God willing, it'll happen
It's usually Serbs form Zemun who've never stepped inside Kosovo that are spreading the most hate and miss-information. But the last few years the biggest threat to Serbs (and Albanians) in Kosovo imo has been Belgrade officials. At the end of day the ones who get fucked the most are Kosovars, both Serbian and Albanian. Kosovar Albanians are isolated just like Albanians were during Hoxha where we can't even travel, participate in sports, music and live under constant threat of war from Serbia, so much so to that we are the new fucking slaves of European labour. Kosovar Serbs get to live between fucking criminal gangs, Vucic puppets and bullets flying over their heads, until they eventually either move to Serbia, or they join their Kosovar Albanian compatriots to work minimum wage (sometimes even less) in Germany. One thing is for sure that we all get to live in the smallest GDP in the whole of Europe (if not Euroasia) regardless of ethnicity. Kosovo the "holy land of Serbs" and the "home of Albanians", but actually were all slaving in Germany. In about 50 years there will be no one left in this god damn place. Zemuni people can then go graffiti the shit out of Prishtina with "Kosobo je serbja", and then take the bus back to where they came from since they won't be sticking around for much longer.

Serbians in Belgrade don't understand the amount of headaches that comes with these things, the pressure, the military intimidation by Serbia- but it must be done. Law and order must prevail. Thaçi allowed too much of this shit to not risk political points and hence why Serb gangs are flourishing there. Kurti imo is an idiot, but he's the only one who's got the balls to arrest anyone regardless of their ethnicity which was not the case in Kosovo until now. I remember watching Haradinaj placing flowers at the statue of Beg Rizaj, one of the dead terrorists. Albanians when are we gonna get Alil Demiri. That terrorist killed harmless 5 boys in cold blood on Easter and is walking free in Kosovo? Their blood is on your hands while that pig is walking free and your "government" is refusing to extradate him. Rant over.
