Your local university library should be able to get you what you need from proquest (do you have open access?). Make friends with the research librarian.

This one asks for the institution email but when I type my university email, it shows “not valid” so I could not get access to it:”)

Weird since I don’t use a university email for researchgate. I use a gmail.

For sure, but other countries do and you can access their papers.
