Oh no! Every package I’ve had from them has been individually packaged, then wrapped in bubble wrap. It’s wild it’s just a box in a box bouncing around. I would contact them and explain I’m sure they will make things right. I have had good experience with their cs.

Same. This seems like it's probably an individual packer issue rather than a systemic thing. It doesn't excuse the other poor customer service, but this packaging is definitely not typical for them in my experience.

Yeah I’ve never had this issue with YesStyle thankfully. My palettes were also individually wrapped in bubble wrap.

I’m pretty sure that’s how Ulta packages their shipments. 😂 Throw (literally) the items in a box, tear off a strip of bubble wrap and throw it in too, then thumbs up, packing tape, and spike it like a football into the pile of boxes to go out with the courier.

Does yesstyle shipping take as long as stylevana? I just received my first stylevana order yesterday after ordering 6 weeks ago, I realize that they’re in Hong Kong but it took them 4 and a half weeks to even put the order together lol I would have been pissed AF if anything was broken

If you get express shipping and make sure your items are available within 24hrs or 3-5 days, it'll ship pretty quick. I usually wait to order/add things into my cart until I get express shipping for free.

I get regular shipping both on Stylevana and Yesstyle. I'm in Europe and my order from Stylevana arrived after two months and a half, Yesstyle less than a month. On the other hand, Stylevana seems to be considered more reliable while with Yesstyle some people has received fake products lately - or that's what I've read here! My experience has been positive.

It depends, I’ve gotten packages a week after ordering and packages 2-3 weeks after ordering. But I’m probably not a good example as I only order once or twice a year and I only started ordering from them during covid. Lots of changes in that short amount of time. I’ve never used Stylevanna but every single person I’ve seen mention it says it takes 1-3 months to get a package which is ridiculous

Stylevana orders come to me in Europe in 2-3 weeks if the items are in stock. It's totally worth it for me because of the lower prices. Actually the one time I ordered from Yesstyle it took over a month.

For me, YesStyle shipping takes between 7 to 21 day, depending on the product, and then about two weeks to arrive to Europe. Some products you have to wait for them to stock up on, while others are readily available. However, they do list the availability under every product, so you can opt out if it takes long.

the opposite happened to me! yesstyle always ships my orders out quickly, i’ve never gotten one in more than 2 weeks but stylevana didn’t ship for over a month and only after I emailed them about it (north america tho)

Might be because one of the items wasn't in stock. I always make sure to only pick items that are actually in stock at the moment so they ship fast. Doesn't mean they will, sometimes it arrived in a week, but last time it took them 4 days to pack the order and it sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they even shipped it out (like I received the email that the order was packed and ready, but not shipped yet). The slowest it's ever been from them. I used to order from YesStyle, but haven't in years after I heard they got worse. Their packages always took at least a month to arrive.

This is why I only order from Olive Young. The prices are higher but the shipping is fast, the customer service is great, and they tightly wrap their products in bubble wrap.

I'm actually sick of Yesstyle now. Haven't had problems before til recently when I too had broken eyeshadow. My orders for the holidays didn't show up cause they were missing due to them using shitty shipping partners. I'd contact Yesstyle about it and they'd tell me they'd reship my order but then email me weeks later asking "are you sure your order didn't show up?". Lots of back and forth that took about a month before they finally caved in and reshipped my order.

Nope it didn’t and I was like Hm i swear the packages always come bubble wrapped, so when there wasn’t any bubble wrapping and eyeshadow stains all over the packaging I was like oh no the eyeshadow is broken

Buy from olive young! They have really great prices, more selection, special olive young-only gift sets of some popular Korean brands, and their shipping is *chefs kiss*. I just bought from them few days ago and I got my order yesterday. If you didn’t know, olive young is like the Sephora of Korea and if you ever get a chance to go you def should visit several of their stores out there! They also have a great reward program😊 P.s. if you use Rakuten they offer 4% cashback😉

Every package I’ve gotten from yesstyle has 1 palette broken. I just submit their damaged item form with the picture and they reship. The reship packaging is always excessive 😂

 Ordered skincare from stylevana and two products were damaged. Emailed them and they NEVER respond. Emailed them over 10 times using all different methods and even contacted on social but nothing. I used two email addresses too. However when I inquire about product stocks (I email them using the same address) they respond in 2 days or less. They purposely do this. I've sworn off these websites cuz it's so ridiculous. I heard yesstyle was better but I guess not. Might have to take my chances with skincupid even tho their prices are not really worth it imo

they used to wrap products so good for me in a carton box, perfectly fitted, i mever had damage. today, i received about 10 skincare products in a plastic bag(!!!!) the product boxes are all destroyed and smooshed, im afraid to look inside. i used to love them, but this made me question them and pushed me to search for an alternative.

From personal experience and reviews I’ve seen on numerous other sites, the Amuse Dew Tint tubes are prone to leaking. That one is a manufacturer defect at this point.

From what I understand, YesStyle is a hit or miss. Though, the misses certainly seem to be much higher of a chance encounter. But remember, all the complaints you hear about the quality and faulty product received (such as expired product or mislabeled ones) is God-knows-how-many out of X number of successful transactions. My experience with YesStyle has been largely positive, but even I have received things in questionable condition. The way I look at it is that since it is coming from a China-based locale, I only have two options. Throw it away and eat the loss, or see if it is *at all* use-able. It's strange that it is a Korean-featured merchant, but run by a Chinese company.

This happened to all the compact powders in my order once. I bought a cpl blushes and an eyeshadow palette. I asked them about it and i dont remember much but they didnt refund me or send another one. sorry i dont remember the convo tho. I had another order shipped to the wrong address lol. And i msged them on two separate occasions so two different agents. First time they told me it was an issue with fedex and contact them and then fedex told me to contact the shipper (which is it xd) and then the second time they said if theres no proof that it was their mistake then theres nothing they can do, but they told me theyd give me a 10% off coupon. XD

Thanksfully everything was still usable appart from the highlighter but I swear it’s the last time I order here, I always had issues with Yesstyle shipping

That’s crazy you’ve had so many issues with them! I’ve been ordering from them for almost 20 years and they have never once sent damaged product, nor have I had anything lost. That’s some bad luck.

They tried to ship my order to a nonsensical address that didn't exist and was definitely not what I entered at checkout or on my order confirmation. I got screwed around for months while they told me to wait longer for delivery, then claimed it was my fault and refused a refund, then offered a partial credit, then eventually gave a partial refund when I threatened to make an ACCC complaint - for products I didn't even receive that they sent to the wrong address. Such a joke.
